Relates to; "Improvements in Stop Watches". Four innovations are described as follows; 1. "In horse-timing watches the quarter second hand and its dial located on the top of the watch movement". 2. "The timing attachment consisting of a quarter second and split quarter second hand, mounted on a short centre post, and geared with the watch train." 3. The combination of bevelled and toothed gearing that can be thrown in or out of gear when needed. 4.
