We then accept full responsibility for their safe-going and time-keeping, but we ask that they be put in the hands of a capable assistant provided with a copy of these instructions." The Synchronome Company address has been crossed out and replaced in ink, "Abbey Electric Clock Works, Mount Pleasant, Alperton, Middlesex."
