Sale with 17 lots of horological interest (Lots 37-53). Mostly French and English clock. Among the more interesting lots are the following; Lot 40. Mid 18th century Bracket Clock by William Post of London Bridge. Verge escapement, strike and alarm, "shutter for winding hole with automatic closing". Lot 45. An early "Grandmother" Longcase Clock Movement by James Drury of London, with a 5" rectangulay dial, verge escapement and contained in a black japanned case. Lot 46. Unusual Franklin three-wheel weight clock, dead beat escapement, the hours indicated by a ball in a spiral groove.
