Notes: This is a split second chronometer, the left small face is a chronometer minute and hours counter and a week calendar, the right one is an ordinary watch face plus month calendar, on the top there is a moon calendar and Reaumur thermometer, on the bottom - second hand (the bigger),and another, that rotates once a second. The big button against 40 seconds is to stop the balance wheel. It also has minute repetition. The chrome-plated case seems to be late. No signs except for Avance-Retard. It has two spring barrels, that are  winding by rotating the pendant head in opposite directions.
