French turret clock with remontoir control and electro-mechanical slave drive. Going train weight 27lb; strike70lb. Polished tapered arbors. Roller bearings for strike pallets. All bolts of equal size have slightly differing thread pitch so no bolts of equal size are interchangeable. Perhaps used to keep all servicing in-house. For more info on Wagner see page 331 in C.H.
