Students enter this examination at the conclusion of the first year.  Full syllabus details for each unit with specimen examination papers.

Commencing September 2006 – new guidance for students preparing to submit a Portfolio (Unit 8 and Unit 13)

  1. Revised Guidance for the Portfolio – Units 8 and 13
    This information replaces earlier guidance and should be used by students submitting Portfolios for the May 2007 Examinations.

  2. The Servicing of Clocks and Watches
    Up to date information about issues relating to Restoration and Conservation for students preparing Portfolios.

    Guidance for students on the correct use of oils and greases.
